The
Credit cardholder earns 1 point for every Rs.100
he/she spends on |

the Credit
card. |

2. |
Bonus
points will be offered only for purchases made
on the Credit card |
| |
cash
advances, any other fees/charges and disputed
transactions will not accrue points |
| |
|
|
3. |
The programme is valid for two years from the
date of the Credit cardholder |
| |
joining the Bonus Rewards Programme. |
| |
|
|
4. |
Credit
Cardholders are eligible for the programme
only as long as their |
| |
Credit
card account and all linked accounts are valid
and in good standing i.e. there are no amounts
overdue. |
| |
|
|
5. |
Spends
on the additional Credit cards will accrue
points. Only the primary |
| |
Credit
cardholder can redeem these points. |
| |
|
|
6. |
The
Credit cardholder cannot transfer any bonus
points to another person. |
| |
The
Credit cardholder can, however, combine bonus
points of his/her multiple Credit cards at the
time of redemption. |
| |
|
|
7. |
Bonus
points can be redeemed for Credit card renewal
fees, merchandise |
| |
and
merchant vouchers. |
| |
|
|
8. |
Credit
cardholders have to reach a minimum of 300
bonus points, in order |
| |
to be eligible to
redeem their bonus points. The accumulated bonus
points have to be redeemed by the Credit
cardholder within three months of the end of the
point accrual period, failing which the points
will be dropped off the Credit card account. |

|
9. |
Redemption of bonus points is not
automatic. Credit cardholders will have |
| |
to
fill in the redemption form and mail it to
Manager Credit Cards, 11/12, Raghuvanshi Mills Compound, Senapati
Bapat Marg, Lower Parel (W), Mumbai - 400 013.

Any
redemption request received by the Bank will
be fulfilled in |
| |
approximately four weeks time from the date of
receipt. |
| |
|
|
11. |
The
Bank reserves the right to modify wholly or
partly the bonus rewards |
| |
programme . Bank of Rajasthan also reserves
the right to change the conversion
rate, withdraw bonus points awarded or to vary
the terms and conditions herein including the
discretion to withdraw, replace, and/or revise
the price of any gifts at any time in its sole
and absolute discretion and without prior
notice to Credit cardholders. |

12. |
A
charge of Rs.25 will be levied for each
delivery. This charge will be |
| |
debited to the
Credit cardholder's Credit card account. The
delivery will be made at the billing statement
address. |
| |
|
|
13. |
In
the event the Bank’s Credit card is
voluntarily closed by a Credit |
| |
cardholder,
the bonus points that are in the Credit card
account can be redeemed within a month of
Credit card closure. In case the Credit
cardholder fails to redeem these points within
a month of closure, the bonus points will
automatically lapse. |

14. |
Any
terms & conditions stated herein do not amount
to commitment or |
| |
representation by the Bank to conduct,
further, similar or other such programmes. |
| |
|
|
15. |
Terms and conditions governing the bonus
rewards programme are |
| |
detailed in the programme
catalogue, a copy of which will be sent to you on
request. Usage of the programme will be deemed as
automatic acceptance of the said terms and
conditions. |
