Securing e-Transactions

However, we request your cooperation in making it more secure. We, therefore, request you to take the following precautions to safeguard you in connection with Internet Banking and other e-banking products:
1. Please note that as a matter of policy, we do not ask for any personal or financial information via e-mail. In case you get any such request over e-mail please contact the branch at which you are maintaining your accounts to verify the genuineness of the communication. Please do not furnish any personal or financial information over email.
2. Personal information like passwords, PIN, credit/debit card numbers should not be provided to anybody in response to email request or otherwise also.
3. Whenever accessing Internet Banking, please ensure that you are on the correct URL ( Bank’s site) which is www.rajbank.com. Please also ensure that SSL lock appears at the bottom of the browser. In case of any doubt the lock can be clicked to ensure that “Verisign” has issued the same in the Bank’s name.
4. Please verify the transaction history in your accounts on regular basis to verify its correctness. In case any entry is found to be suspicious,please immediately inform it to the branch through which you are dealing.
5. Internet Banking users to please ensure the correctness of their last login date to ensure that nobody has logged in after they have last signed out.
6. Please do not click on the hyperlink provided in an e-mail and opening of the website should only be done by entering the URL (address of the site) in the browser.
The above precautions shall go a long way in securing your e-channel transactions with the Bank.
